You May Be Eligable
The ACA “OBAMACARE” Health Insurance Annual Enrollment period for 2026 runs from November 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
Did you lose coverage or miss the Open Enrollment period? You may still be eligible to enroll in or change plans if you have certain life events.
What is the Affordable Care Act?
The Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare”, was developed to help individuals access affordable health insurance through a health insurance marketplace where Americans can purchase federally regulated and subsidized health insurance during open enrollment.
To qualify, you must sign up during Open Enrollment but could still be eligible if you had a qualifying life event such as changing jobs, getting married/divorced, moving, etc. We’ll help determine if you are eligible and find you the best plan in any case.
Finding the right plan can be difficult. Each plan has its pros and cons, especially considering how costs can greatly range – depending on the plan’s deductibles, co-pays, premiums, provider networks, to name a few.
Clear Solutions Insurance, Inc. works with dozens of health insurance carriers and brokers, making it easy for you to compare several health insurance options.
To get started, enter your zip code and tell us about yourself. If qualified for an Affordable Care Act health plan, you can work with all the health carriers listed to compare plans and prices. Once you provide us with the information required on our form, we attempt to match you with appropriate insurance agents, brokers, carriers or other service providers to help you acquire the best health insurance.
Do you qualify for cost-sharing reductions?
A discount that lowers the amount you must pay for deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. In the Health Insurance MarketplaceĀ®, cost-sharing reductions are often called “extra savings.” If you qualify, you must enroll in a plan in the Silver category to get the extra savings. When you fill out a Marketplace application, you’ll find out if you qualify for premium tax credits and extra savings. You can use a premium tax credit for a plan in any metal category. But if you qualify for extra savings too, you’ll get those savings only if you pick a Silver plan.
If you qualify for cost-sharing reductions, you also have a lower out-of-pocket maximum – the total amount you’d have to pay for covered medical services per year. When you reach your out-of-pocket maximum, your insurance plan covers 100% of all covered services. If you’re a member of a federally recognized tribe or an Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Corporation shareholder, you may qualify for additional cost-sharing reductions.
